Again a website built using the A-Vision CMS (V2.1)

This time it also includes an order form which is a special built template for that purpose only.
The order is sent to the company using an easy PHP script.

Only the basic templates without almost any content is delivered after which the client takes care of the complete contents.

For a previous developed customized CRM web application (The LocumNET) , maintenance is required involving all kind of enhancements.

As a separate project the integration of the The LocumNET with a new financial software package so that invoices can directly be created from The LocumNET. All customer information and its jobs with time sheet data are stored in a database which The LocumNET uses to create the invoices. Then using a special tool the invoice data is exported to the financial package for final processing.

While it is possible to access The LocumNET from practically any computer having Internet Explorer installed, it gives a huge flexibility of the use of the LocumNET.

Starting to do multiple project for a multinational company.
Most projects concerns data capturing from forms and exporting the data to a database using the Teleform package of Cardiff.

List of completed projects -

• Basic Timesheet processing
  Processing time sheets for a large workfoce company involving checking on correct entered time, automatic calculation of totals etc.
• Enhanced Timesheet Processing
  For a recruitment company all timesheets containing Ordinary Time, Over Time, On Call Time and Call Back Time which are related to a job must be read and exported to a database.
  This also involves several database look-up for checking the correctness of the captured data.
• University general answer sheet
  For a university a general answer sheet must be processed and exported to a specific data format.
• Process dashboard
  For easly keeping track of a process progress a special dashboard (web application) has been developed with possibilities for integration with existing web applications.

August 2006

Two websites (http://www.kiwisstat.com/ and http://www.ausstat.com.au/) are replaced using the A-Vision CMS but keeping the whole layout the same as before.
Using the A-Vision CMS a general staff member is able to make changes to the website without having any knowledge of HTML.

July 2006

Immediately following the first CMS website another website (http://www.velzelprefab.nl/) has been created which also involved a major improvement of the A-Vision CMS system core (V2.0).
Now the CMS system also gives a possibility to create a picture slide-show and a more advanced text editor.

March 2006

The first website using the A-Vision CMS V1.0 is http://www.glassprofessionals.com.au/ and is still up and running.
